India witnessed historic day at World Athletics Championships in Eugene on Thursday as two javelin throwers qualified for the final.Olympic champion Neeraj Chopra made the cut with 88.39m throw.Rohit Yadav qualified in Group B with 80.42m effort.Men’s final will be held on Saturday(7.05 A.M.IST on Sunday morning).There was unexpected finals qualifier in men’s triple jump as Eldhose Paul became first Indian to reach the final at World Championships.His best effort was 16.68m finishing 12th overall.Triple jump final will take place on Sunday 6.50 A.M.IST.
