Nikhat Zareen stormed into the final of Women’s World Boxing Championships in Istanbul on Wednesday.Nikhat beat Brazilian Caroline 5-0 in 52kg semifinal.Manisha(57kg) and Parveen (63kg) settled for bronze medals after losing in respective semifinal bouts.

Tennis

Ramkumar Ramanathan bowed out in the second round of French Open qualifiers.Indian lost 6-7,4-6 to Cuenin.Thus there will be no Indian representative in singles at Roland Garros this year.
