1. Shane Warne has the most number of test wickets in winning causes. He has 510 test wickets under his belt. Muttiah Muralitharan with 438 wickets comes second and Glenn McGrath with 414 is third.
2. Priyanka Roy of India is the first cricketer, male or female to grab a 5-wicket haul in T20 world cup. On June 13 in  2009, She took 5/16 against Pakistan. Interestingly, two hours later on the same day Umar Gul also bagged a fifer (5/6) against New Zealand.
3. Chris Gayle holds the record of scoring most T20 runs in a calender year. In 2015, he scored 1665 runs in 36 innings at an average of 59.46. The teams for which he played are Barisal Bulls, Jamaica Tallawahs, Melbourne Renegades, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Somerset, West Indies.
4. The top 4 highest team totals in women’s cricket are all scored by New Zealand women’s team and the scores are:491/4455/5440/3418
5. Ricky Ponting has most runs playing as a captain in ODIs. In the 230 ODIs he led Australia, Ponting scored 8,497 runs at an average of 42.91 that included 22 tons and 51 fifties and with a highest score of 164.
6. Ravichandran Ashwin has most number of Man of the Series awards in test cricket for India. Out of the 28 series he has played for India, Ashwin has won Player of the series award in 7 of them. Jacques Kallis has 23 Man of the Match awards in 166 test matches which is most by any in test cricket.
7. Irfan Pathan has 173 ODI wickets, which is highest number of wickets for a bowler who didn’t played a single World Cup match.
8. Arjuna Ranatunga of Sri Lanka is the only player in history of cricket to appear in country’s 1st and 100th test match. He appeared in his country’s maiden Test match in February 1982 against India and In 2000, at the SSC in Colombo against Pakistan, Sri Lanka played their 100th Test match. 
9. Makhaya Ntini and Mark Boucher of South Africa are the most successful Bowler-Keeper combination in ODI cricket. Boucher has taken 75 catches off Ntini’s bowling.
10. Mahela Jayawardene has the most number of catches as a fielder in international cricket. He has 440 catches in 768 innings and the ratio of catches per innings is 0.572.
