Eight Countries for MMA League

India’s first global mixed martial arts promoter-Kumite 1 League is set to bring together eight countries from around the MMA circuit. K1L will showcase its first ever Fight Night on September 29 at the NSCI Dome in Worli, Mumbai. The event will be graced by the All India Mixed Martial Arts Federation (AIMMAF) and World Kickboxing Network (WKN), K1L will see eight teams representing for the top spot. Each team will consist of nine fighters of which one will be a woman. The players will be selected through an auction process and will be selected through an auction process and will be hosted in India, Dubai, Las Vegas, and London.

India, Pakistan, Russia, USA, UK China, and Bahrain have already confirmed their participation. Some of the world’s best MMA fighters such as Paulo Silva and Leandro Silva have been roped in for the inaugural season. Kantharaj Agasa, Sumit Khade, Hardeep Rai, Manjit Kolekar and Priyanka Jeet Toshi (Women) are among the fighters who will represent India.
