PINK ODI

Played for the awareness against Breast Cancer and for the benefit of those suffering from the disease. This year’s SAF vs IND ‘Pink ODI’ is about the massive drive to collect money for is the Breast Cancer Clinic at the Charlotte Maxeke Johannesburg Academic Hospital.
PROTEAS continued their campaign to raise awareness against breast cancer by donning the “PINK JERSEY” during the Fourth ODI against INDIA Wanderers Stadium in Johannesburg.

Pink ODI at Glance…
Pink ODI was first held in 2011, and this is the SIXTH such occasion.
SOUTH AFRICA haven’t LOST a game in PINK JERSEY on the all SIX occasions.
INDIA was part of this Pink Day celebration for the first time in 2013.
For Every Boundary scored sponsors Bidvest donated R1000.
