In women’s singles top seed Karolina Pliskova beat American Jennifer Brady with loss of just one game to reach quarterfinals.
Among Indians in action,Rohan Boppanna and Gabriela Dabrowski bowed out in quarterfinals of mixed doubles while Zeel Desai also lost in junior girls singles opening round.
