India’s young Shuttler Lakshya Sen enters the Semi Final of the above Tournament.

In a tough match he defeated Poland’s Michal Rogleski 20 – 22, 21- 18 , 21 -15. The Match lasted for 1 hour and 10 minutes.

In Play offs, Liverpool win the game even after missing a penalty kick. For Liverpool, Trent Alexander Arnold scored a goal and there was a self goal by Harvard Nordtveit. Liverpool won the match by 2 – 1 against Hoffenheim team.

India’s Grand Master Harika Dronavalli continued her  winning form as she defeated Rauf Mamedov of Azerbaijan in the second round. She won the match after 56 gruelling moves.
