World Athletics Championship, London

It was a day of tears while saying good bye to their fans and whole world of athletics.
Ussain Bolt couldn’t won the 4 by 100 Relay event due to his injury. He collapsed on track while running. The Gold was won by Great Britan team completing the event in 38.01 seconds. Same was with Mo Farah, after winningvthe 10000 Meter event, he lost to Ethiopian Muktaar Edriss.
India’s Devinder Singh also couldn’t win any medal in finals due to his injured shoulder. He was on 12 th spot in finals. But we congratulate him for being the first Indian to be qualified for finals in Javelin Throw event.

Robo Super Series Hockey

India defeated Netherlands in the fist match. India’s Manpreet Singh was the man of the match who scored 2 goals when India was behind Netherlands. When final whistle blew India won the match 4-3. For India Manpreet Singh scored 2  goals, Varun Kumar 1 and Harjit Singh 1 goal.

India vs Sri Lanka Test Series

Pallikele, Indian Team is again on the path of winningvthe Third Test by an inningvand winning the series 3-0.  Starting the day on 329 -6, India scored 487 runs in the first inning. Hardik Pandya was solely responsible for it scoring his first century in Test Cricket. Pandya scored 108 runs supported by Kuldeep Yadav who scored 26 runs.
After an example of best fast bowling set by India’s Mohammed Shami by taking first 2 wickets, Kuldeep Yadav’s China man attack for unplayable for Sri Lankan Batsmen. Yadav took 4 wickets , Ashwin took 2  and Pandya 1. Sri Lankan team was wrapped up for just 135 runs.
While following on in 2nd inning, Sri Lanka lost their first wicket when score was 15 runs. Umesh Yadav took the wicket when just 10 minutes of play was left. At stumps Sri Lanka was 1  down for 19 runs.

Day 3 Lunch score

Sri Lanka reeling at 82 for 4 at Lunch on day 3 are staring at defeat in one more test.
